Following the success of last year’s sessions, we are once again offering a full-day Arts Award workshop to children visiting the museum this summer.

Are you looking for fun and creative things to keep your little (and not so little!) ones occupied this summer? Come along to our Discover in A Day, a full day of creative activities and explore some beautiful art in our galleries and collection.

Learn about the incredible life and work of Jewish artist Pearl Binder, and get inspired to create your own art! The workshop will also involve lots of hands-on activities, including sketching, collage, and print making. Over the course of the day you will complete a logbook, which you can take home with you. We will also post you your Arts Award Discover certificate after the session, which is an officially recognised qualification!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The workshop is designed for ages 6 – 13. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please only book 1 Adult ticket with each Child ticket as the capacity is limited.

There will be a lunch break during the day. You can book and enjoy a delicious lunchbox from our cafe, including a vegan cream cheese and cucumber bagel, a piece of fruit, sweet treat and juice.

Please send any questions or dietary requirements to olivia@manchesterjewishmuseum.com
