Do you like to get creative at home? Whether that’s making cartoons, furniture, pottery, prints, fabrics, or clothes? Then we have the group for you!
This session, we will be welcoming in the spring by using the beautiful shapes and forms from nature to print on handkerchiefs! Draw inspiration from the beautiful textiles we have in our collection and create your own floral design to take home!
We’ll experiment with different inks, paints, and natural materials to stamp with. All materials will be provided but please feel free to bring along any flowers or leaves from your garden to use in your handkerchief’s design.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
This group is open to anyone over the age of 18, and to all identities, backgrounds, and cultures. Don’t worry if this is your first-time making crafts, we welcome beginners and seasoned pros – and believe in the power of supporting one another in getting creative!
The workshop is 1 hour and 30 minutes long and there will be refreshments provided.
All materials are included as part of the workshop but do feel free to bring along any flowers or leaves from your garden to use in your handkerchief’s design.
